Group critical illness pays a lump sum if an employee or their child become ill with one of the defined illnesses (you can find a full list in the downloadable PDF at the bottom of this page).
You can also cover your employees’ spouses if you wish.
You have the choice whether your employees will be covered for a multiple of their salary (up to 5x) or a fixed amount (maximum of £500,000), as long as it doesn’t exceed 5x salary.
